Paul Schifino
Paul Schifino is President of Anvil Steel Corporation and Junior Steel Co, leading two highly regarded steel enterprises serving residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects nationwide. With decades of experience in steel fabrication, erection, and construction management, he is known for building disciplined, performance-driven organizations focused on quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships.
Mr. Schifino previously served as Chair of the California Contractors State License Board, appointed and reappointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jerry Brown, where he helped oversee regulatory policy impacting nearly 300,000 licensed contractors, advancing consumer protection and raising industry standards.
He is a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and brings a unique background in law, executive leadership, and public service to the companies he leads.
